Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Supplement Baba, we always strive to provide our customers with high-quality supplements from top brands and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or seek a refund. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Returns

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and upon verification of the damage or defect, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.

1.2 Incorrect Product Shipped:

If we mistakenly shipped the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and you may return the incorrect item in its original packaging.

1.3 Unsatisfactory Products:

If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason other than damage or defect, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product cost.

2. Refunds:

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must meet the conditions specified in the Returns section above.

2.2 Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items:

Shipping costs, both initial and return, are non-refundable. Additionally, any promotional items or free gifts included with the purchase are non-refundable. In case the product seal is broken or opened, then a refund will not be provided.

3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1 Order Cancellation:

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3.2 Subscription Cancellation:

If you have subscribed to a recurring order, you may cancel future shipments by managing your subscription through your account on our website. Cancellation requests for subscription orders must be made at least 72 hours before the next scheduled shipment.
